Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Capco is expanding its presence in Belgium and is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the HR team. In this position you will act as a trusted partner to business leaders, managing end‑to‑end recruitment and supporting operational HR activities.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business managers to understand hiring needs and design recruitment strategies.
• Lead intake meetings, write job ads and publish them on appropriate channels.
• Source candidates proactively using LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms.
• Screen applications, conduct first‑round interviews and coordinate interview schedules.
• Maintain talent pipelines and support employer branding, campus recruitment and events.
• Assist the HR Manager with day‑to‑day HR tasks, employee file administration, onboarding and HR projects.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team and contribute to continuous process improvements.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic recruiter who enjoys connecting with people.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Initial experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Experience in a consultancy environment or recruiting finance, risk, data or technology profiles is a strong asset.
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch, French and English.
