Talent Acquisition Partner (m/v/x)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Partner to join our HR team and own the end‑to‑end recruitment process for white‑collar positions. You will work closely with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to attract, engage, and hire talent that drives our growth and supports our strategic ambitions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from intake and sourcing to selection, offer management, and hiring.
• Partner with managers and HR Business Partners to understand hiring needs, team dynamics, and business objectives.
• Advise on recruitment strategies, market trends, and candidate availability.
• Ensure a consistent, high‑quality recruitment process and a positive candidate experience.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, referrals, and direct search.
• Build and maintain talent pools for critical and recurring roles.
• Collaborate with external recruitment partners and manage employer branding on talent platforms.
• Represent the company at recruitment events, career fairs, and university partnerships.
• Monitor recruitment KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
