Talent Acquisition Manager

About the role

itsme® is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead end‑to‑end recruitment for Engineering, Technology and Product teams. You will partner closely with hiring managers, shape the employer brand and ensure a top‑notch candidate experience as the company continues to scale.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical and product roles, from brief to offer and pre‑onboarding handover.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies with hiring managers to build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Proactively source passive talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, referrals and other channels.
• Deliver an outstanding candidate experience that reflects itsme® values and culture.
• Maintain accurate records in the ATS (recruitee, hibob) and provide regular reporting and insights.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of talent acquisition processes, tools, scorecards and methodologies.
• Support employer branding initiatives and represent itsme® at industry events.
• Collaborate on workforce planning, recruitment forecasting and stakeholder communication.

Required profile

• 4–7 years of proven recruitment experience, preferably in a tech startup, scale‑up or technology‑focused organisation.
• Successful track record hiring for software engineers, data specialists, product managers and other technical roles.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to consult, influence and build trusted relationships at all levels.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
