Talent Acquisition French Fluency – Belgium

About the role

Avomind is a recruiting firm connecting high-performing people with fast-growing companies, with teams across Germany, the UK, the Americas and Indonesia. It is growing its Talent Acquisition team and is looking for a French-speaking recruiter based in Belgium, working 100% remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to outbound and inbound recruitment strategies together with management, exploring new candidate opportunities
• Run direct outbound sourcing via LinkedIn, Xing, GitHub, Google X-Ray and similar channels
• Screen candidates by phone and assess their fit for the roles
• Manage interview logistics with Project Managers and Client Managers
• Advise managers on the candidate landscape and trends to support client service
• Own the candidate experience and build a strong reputation for it

Required profile

• At least 2 years of full-cycle recruitment experience in an agency or sales-oriented environment
• Fluent English and French; other languages are an advantage
• Goal-oriented, growth mindset, team player who thrives in agile environments with changing priorities

Required skills

• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter
• Experience with internal ATS platforms
