System Integration Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a System Integration Engineer to join our multidisciplinary team responsible for integrating mechanical, electronic and software subsystems into advanced transmission solutions. The role involves coordinating the full product lifecycle, ensuring compatibility and performance across development and production phases.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage integration of mechanical, electronic and software subsystems during development and production.
• Define and maintain system‑level requirements and interface specifications.
• Develop high‑level technical overviews for each transmission configuration and assess subsystem maturity.
• Lead integration planning, schedule creation, risk assessment and alignment with testing teams.
• Support prototype builds, testing activities and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with design, testing and production teams to resolve integration challenges.
• Document and communicate integration status, issues and resolutions.
• Contribute to the creation and release of technical product documentation.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of system integration experience in the automotive industry.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electronic and software subsystems.
• Familiarity with system engineering and requirement management tools.
• Team‑oriented, highly organized and able to work in a multidisciplinary environment.
