System Administrator

About the role

You will join a small, enthusiastic IT team that balances service, project delivery and results. The position requires strict attention to security, privacy and documentation while supporting sensitive financial production systems.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line support for incidents and problems, diagnose issues and manage tickets according to internal SLA.
• Onboard new users, share best practices and assist with tool usage.
• Handle asset management, user account administration and related operational tasks.
• Deploy, configure and maintain new workstations and network equipment.
• Document procedures and ensure compliance with internal policies.

Required profile

• Motivated by technical challenges and continuous learning.

• Security‑focused, ensuring reliable and compliant environments.
• Service‑oriented, able to communicate clearly with users.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the banking sector.

• Microsoft Intune (deployment, updates, Windows patching).
• SCCM.
• Active Directory (group, hardware, user and rights management).
• Hardware diagnostics, disk cloning, BitLocker management.
• Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Adobe, KeePass.
• Ticketing tools and Jira.
• Cisco and Huawei switching.
• SharePoint, OneDrive.
• Access‑control/badging solutions.
• Microsoft Azure Entra.
• WSUS or similar, VCloud Director (VMware), IIS.
• PowerShell.
• Monitoring tools (Nagios, OP5).
• Fortinet VPN client and FortiClient EMS.
