Support Engineer – QA & Hardware Deployment

About the role

We are seeking a Support Engineer to join a fast‑growing technology company in the gaming solutions sector. The role blends quality‑assurance testing, technical troubleshooting, hardware deployment and operational support to ensure our products meet the highest reliability standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform functional and regression testing on hardware and software releases, validating stability, performance and compatibility.
• Identify, reproduce and document technical issues, and help improve QA procedures.
• Provide technical support for hardware and system‑related problems, both remotely and on‑site.
• Assist clients during installations, updates and operational incidents.
• Prepare, configure and deploy hardware systems for client sites, managing inventory and supplier coordination.
• Maintain detailed release documentation and testing records.

Required profile

• Technical background in electronics, electricity, IT support or hardware systems.
• Experience with QA testing, technical validation or system troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of hardware installation, diagnostics and networking fundamentals.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on reliability and quality.
