Supply Chain VIE – 12‑month project

About the role

Join Valeo Light’s Belgium site as a Supply Chain VIE for a 12‑month project. You will support new product launches, coordinate logistics, and ensure smooth ramp‑up of production while working in a multicultural, innovative automotive lighting environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage supply chain activities for new product launches and track project milestones.
• Support customer quotations and define logistics concepts, risk analyses, and supply chain solutions.
• Coordinate packaging, transportation, warehousing and align logistics flows with plant strategy.
• Maintain supply chain data, align planning, conduct weekly reviews and escalate risks.
• Interface with planning and production teams to support production ramp‑up.
• Apply supply chain standards and ensure compliance with quality, safety and environmental requirements.
• Monitor performance indicators, control order quantities and minimise obsolescence.
• Manage inventory accuracy and control obsolete materials.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or Industrial Engineering.
• Experience in supply chain, logistics or project management within an industrial environment.
• Fluent English with strong communication skills.
• International mindset, openness to new cultures and collaborative attitude.
• Professional, diplomatic and positive approach.

Required skills

• SAP (ERP system) – plus.
