Supply Chain Representative - Order Fulfillment

About the role

Becton, Dickinson (BD), a global medical technology company, is hiring a Collaborative Supply Chain Project Specialist (Supply Chain Representative) in Bel Erembodegem. The role ensures reliable and efficient delivery of products across the Middle East, Turkey and Africa region, combining operational ownership with continuous improvement, data-driven project leadership and work with strategic distributors to strengthen end-to-end order fulfilment.

Key responsibilities

• Act as subject matter expert for the full order fulfillment cycle, from order entry through delivery and invoicing
• Coordinate end-to-end execution across internal teams and strategic distributors for consistent service performance
• Identify service, revenue and inventory risks and drive timely mitigation actions
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives on on-time delivery, forecast accuracy, cycle time and fulfillment reliability
• Apply structured project management practices to deliver measurable operational improvements
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards tracking key fulfillment and service indicators
• Turn data into insights supporting decision-making and regional planning, and monitor trends and risks proactively

Required profile

• At least five years of experience in supply chain roles such as order fulfillment, logistics or distribution
• Hands-on exposure to shipments into the Middle East and complex international logistics environments
• Strong understanding of order management, inventory control and transportation flows
• Proven ability to lead projects from definition through delivery
• Fluent English, written and spoken

BD requires at least four days of in-office presence per week for most roles, with different arrangements for remote or field-based positions. The stated annual salary range is EUR 43,500 to EUR 66,375.
