Supply Chain Replenisher

About the role

The Replenisher is responsible for managing a portfolio of suppliers and ensuring optimal inventory levels for assigned product categories. Reporting to the Demand & Supply Planning Manager, the role combines order management, stock optimisation, and supplier performance monitoring to support uninterrupted product availability.

Key responsibilities

• Place and follow up purchase orders, confirm acknowledgements and manage direct shipments.
• Maintain operational stock levels, set accurate MRP parameters and review inventory to avoid over‑stock or stock‑outs.
• Monitor supplier service levels, develop action plans, and handle claims or compensation where needed.
• Analyse root causes of back‑orders and implement continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Service and the Goods‑In department to align supply with demand and promotional activities.
• Optimise contract conditions (lead time, lot size, ASN, etc.) and may participate in invoice validation.
• Participate in supplier litigation handling and coordinate returns when required.

Required profile

• Proven experience in supply‑chain planning, inventory management or supplier coordination.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret KPI data such as back‑order levels, stock quality and supplier service metrics.
• Excellent communication skills to work with internal teams (Demand Planner, Marketing, Supply Chain Director) and external suppliers.
