Supply Chain Project VIE – Automotive Lighting

About the role

Join Valeo Light’s Belgium site as a VIE for a 12‑month supply chain project. You will support new product launches and help optimise logistics across packaging, transportation and warehousing, contributing to safer and greener mobility solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage supply chain activities for new product launches and ensure project milestones are achieved.
• Support customer quotations by defining supply chain concepts, logistics solutions and risk analyses.
• Coordinate packaging, transportation and warehousing to align logistics flows with plant strategy.
• Maintain supply chain data, align planning, conduct weekly reviews and escalate risks.
• Interface with planning and production teams to support production ramp‑up.
• Apply supply chain standards and ensure compliance with quality, safety and environmental requirements.
• Monitor performance indicators, control order quantities and minimise obsolescence.
• Manage inventory accuracy and control obsolete materials.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or Industrial Engineering.
• Experience in supply chain, logistics or project management within an industrial environment.
• Fluent English with strong communication skills.
• International mindset, openness to new cultures and ways of working.
• Professional attitude, humility and a positive outlook.
