Supply Chain & Operations Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a Supply Chain and Operations Coordinator to support procurement, raw material availability, supplier management, and process improvement within our Brussels‑based production environment.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to the procurement process from need identification to supplier confirmation, balancing lead time and cost.
• Ensure raw material availability, actively track open purchase orders and anticipate delivery risks.
• Manage supplier relationships, including performance tracking, non‑conformity handling, price negotiation and identification of new partners.
• Maintain and improve procurement master data in the ERP (purchase orders, lead times, BoMs).
• Produce ad‑hoc analyses and develop KPIs to support operational and strategic decisions.
• Support production flow and process‑improvement initiatives by identifying bottlenecks, proposing solutions and assisting implementation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in procurement, supply chain or purchasing.
• Rigorous and organised, able to manage multiple topics simultaneously.
• Strong analytical mindset, comfortable working with data and ERP systems.
• Proactive attitude with the ability to anticipate issues and drive improvements.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP systems (procurement modules).
• Data analysis using ERP data.
