Supply Chain & Logistics Specialist (Belgium)

About the role

Amaris Consulting is looking for a Supply Chain & Logistics Specialist to join its Belgian team. You will support the smooth operation of our international consulting activities by managing inventory, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring efficient import‑export logistics.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, purchase and control inventory to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Collaborate with suppliers to improve performance, reduce costs and resolve issues.
• Analyse supply‑chain data to anticipate disruptions and propose corrective actions.
• Develop and implement strategies that boost operational efficiency while preserving quality standards.
• Manage logistics for imports and exports, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Work closely with the sales team to forecast demand and avoid shortages or surpluses.
• Communicate supply‑chain updates clearly to all relevant departments.

Required profile

• Degree in logistics, business or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in a similar supply‑chain role.
• Fluent in French, Dutch and English (written and spoken).
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
