Supply Chain & Logistics Assistant

About the role

AI-Blox is building innovative edge AI computers that power real‑time, sustainable AI solutions worldwide. We are looking for a Supply Chain & Logistics Assistant to support procurement, inventory, and shipping operations in our Brussels office.

Key responsibilities

• Create and send purchase orders, match invoices and report discrepancies to finance.
• Prepare shipping and customs documentation, verify inbound and outbound deliveries.
• Track inventory levels, receive, inspect and organize incoming shipments of electronic components.
• Physically handle inventory, including lifting and moving materials.
• Assist in sourcing materials, communicate with vendors on pricing and delivery schedules.
• Maintain accurate data in the ERP system and suggest process improvements.
• Provide general administrative support to the operations department.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Hands‑on, detail‑oriented and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proactive self‑starter with excellent written and spoken English.
• Physical ability to lift and move materials.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel
• Google G Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides, Drive)
• Experience with ERP or inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, Odoo) – optional but a plus
