Supply Chain Lead

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Supply Chain Lead to own the end‑to‑end logistics of our urban bike business. Based in Brussels, you will work closely with production, sales, finance and warehouse teams to ensure timely, cost‑effective delivery of bikes, components and spare parts.

Key responsibilities

• Manage purchase orders for bikes, components and spare parts from creation through supplier confirmation, lead‑time tracking and delivery follow‑up.
• Synchronise production status with sales plans and keep supply visibility up to date.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, book shipments, work with freight forwarders and hold logistics partners accountable.
• Oversee warehouse processing, inbound receipt and outbound flows to customers and dealers.
• Maintain accurate product and order data in Odoo and ensure master data reliability.
• Serve as the supply‑chain interface for sales, production, finance and warehouse teams.
• Handle supplier invoicing, logistics billing and financial reconciliation.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and produce reporting for finance and audit purposes.
• Identify and evaluate alternative suppliers and logistics providers to improve cost, quality and resilience.
• Monitor component and bike quality in collaboration with production and warehouse.
• Ensure compliance with transport, customs and product regulations.
• Contribute to demand forecasting, supply planning and spare‑parts availability.
• Report on key supply‑chain KPIs such as lead times and stock levels.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing full‑cycle supply‑chain operations, preferably in manufacturing or consumer goods.
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to work in a fast‑growing environment.
• Excellent coordination skills across multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on quality, cost control and regulatory compliance.
• Comfortable working from the Brussels headquarters with occasional remote flexibility.
