Supply Chain Internship – Management Consulting

About the role

Accenture's Supply Chain & Engineering team is recruiting a Supply Chain Intern in Brussels. You will support consulting teams on supply chain and operations projects, working alongside experienced consultants and analysts on real client projects from day one. The team serves clients in utilities, chemicals, life sciences, oil and gas, industrial equipment, construction, consumer goods and transport and infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Support consulting teams on projects covering planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics and sustainability
• Collect, clean and analyse data to identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities
• Translate business questions into structured analyses, simple models, dashboards and insights under guidance
• Help prepare client-ready materials such as PowerPoint presentations, analyses and reports
• Take part in internal and client working sessions, workshops and meetings as observer or active contributor
• Document processes, insights and recommendations, and collaborate with analysts and consultants
• Build foundational knowledge of supply chain management, consulting methodologies and digital tools such as analytics, automation and AI

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's student, ideally in the final year, in business, engineering, supply chain, economics, analytics or a related field
• Fluent in English; French and/or Dutch
• Curious about consulting, supply chain and operations, and enjoys problem-solving with data
• Structured, detail-oriented, clear communicator and team player open to feedback
• Nice to have: coursework, thesis or projects related to supply chain, logistics or operations management, and extracurricular activities showing initiative and teamwork
• Available for a 12-15 week internship during the second semester

Required skills

• Nice to have: strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Nice to have: familiarity with Power BI or similar tools
