Supply Chain & Demand Planner Specialist

About the role

As a Supply Chain & Demand Planner Specialist you will own the demand forecasting process and ensure product availability across short, mid and long‑term horizons. You will act as a key partner for Sales and Marketing, translating market dynamics into reliable demand plans for a leading global cleaning solutions business.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts (volume and value) for multiple horizons.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and product teams to incorporate promotions, launches and delistings into demand plans.
• Maintain forecasting models, master data and replenishment strategies in SAP and IBP.
• Support the S&OP process by preparing data, facilitating consensus meetings and providing insights on availability and lifecycle activities.
• Monitor forecast accuracy, stock and service levels, analyse deviations and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage ordering from production sites, suppliers and co‑packers to ensure timely deliveries aligned with sales and production plans.
• Coordinate co‑packing activities, balancing cost efficiency, scheduling and raw material supply.
• Address supply‑chain issues such as quality incidents, SLOB management and process optimisation.

Required profile

• Relevant higher education or at least 2 years of professional experience in supply chain, demand planning or related functions.
• Solid experience in demand forecasting, supply planning or logistics management, preferably in FMCG.
