Supply Chain Coordinator (Hands‑On)

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Supply Chain Coordinator to keep goods moving smoothly from suppliers to customers. You will work on‑site in Belgium, bridging buying, manufacturing and shipping, ensuring that our contracted manufacturers deliver products on schedule and to specification.

Key responsibilities

• Source components and materials, place and track purchase orders, and follow up with suppliers to avoid production stalls.
• Monitor production schedules at contracted manufacturers, enforce quality, cost and lead‑time commitments.
• Coordinate with 3PL partners for inventory stocking and outbound deliveries, tracking shipments to meet on‑time‑in‑full targets.
• Identify and resolve delays early, whether caused by suppliers, manufacturing bottlenecks, or shipping issues.
• Manage inventory levels to balance part availability with cash efficiency.
• Perform hands‑on quality control, final testing, kitting, packing and shipping of finished goods.
• Collaborate with Product & Engineering teams to introduce new products and revisions into production.
• Continuously improve processes to maintain a lean, fast and reliable operation.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, purchasing, planning or operations, preferably with electronics or hardware.
• Strong organisational skills to keep multiple suppliers, orders, schedules and shipments aligned.
• Relentless follow‑up ability to chase, confirm and close loops without prompting.
• Comfortable performing hands‑on tasks such as quality checks, testing, packing and shipping.
• Data‑driven mindset, able to track lead times, deliveries, quality metrics and inventory.
