Strategy & Program Manager

About the role

We are looking for a highly driven Strategy & Program Manager to shape and deliver our country strategy in Belgium. Working closely with the Managing Director and the country management team, you will translate business goals into actionable plans and ensure successful delivery across functions.

Key responsibilities

• Support the definition and continuous refinement of the Belgium country strategy, turning priorities into clear roadmaps, initiatives and measurable targets.
• Provide data‑driven insights and analyses to guide decision‑making, monitoring market dynamics, competitive landscape and customer trends.
• Lead and execute high‑impact, cross‑functional projects across growth, operations, logistics and customer experience, owning them from concept to implementation.
• Drive projects to completion on time, within scope and with clear business impact, while identifying opportunities to improve processes, efficiency and scalability.
• Lead transformation initiatives, including operational improvements, new business models and innovative ways of working.
• Manage change‑management efforts, ensuring strong adoption through clear communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Build strong relationships with central teams and cross‑functional stakeholders to foster collaboration and break down silos.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of experience in strategy consulting, transformation management or a similar strategic/program management role.
• Proven track record of leading complex, cross‑functional projects and delivering measurable impact in competitive markets.
• Highly analytical, data‑driven with a solid financial background and ability to turn insights into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders in a matrix organization.
• Hands‑on, pragmatic mindset with a strong bias for action and execution.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in e‑commerce, tech, marketplaces, logistics or operations‑driven businesses.
• Fluency in English required; French and/or Dutch is a strong advantage.
