Strategy Consultant

About the role

Accenture is seeking a Strategy Consultant to join its Strategy & Consulting team in Brussels. In this mid‑level position you will work on high‑impact strategic engagements for leading organisations, helping them define growth strategies, redesign operating models and drive digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Support the definition of corporate, business and growth strategies for clients.
• Analyse market trends, competitive landscapes, customer behaviours and financial performance.
• Develop strategic recommendations and business cases to inform executive decision‑making.
• Contribute to operating model design, transformation roadmaps and value‑creation plans.
• Translate strategy into actionable initiatives in collaboration with technology and industry experts.
• Prepare high‑quality client deliverables, including presentations, analyses and executive materials.
• Work closely with client teams and Accenture colleagues in multidisciplinary and international teams.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Management or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in strategy consulting or a relevant industry role; industry specialization is a strong asset.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with solid business acumen.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation development.
• Ability to work effectively in fast‑paced, team‑based environments and handle ambiguity.
• Fluent in English and French or Dutch (knowledge of the other national language is mandatory).
