(Sr) Consultant - Platform Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a senior‑level Platform Engineer to join our Belgium‑based team. You will design, build, and operate enterprise‑grade DevSecOps platforms for international clients, ensuring secure and scalable cloud and on‑prem environments.

Key responsibilities

• Build, configure and maintain CI/CD pipelines and secure software delivery toolchains.
• Develop Infrastructure as Code modules (Terraform, Bicep) for landing zones, networking and platform services.
• Deploy, operate and harden Kubernetes clusters for regulated and classified workloads.
• Automate recurring operational tasks such as provisioning, patching and certificate rotation.
• Integrate security tooling (SAST, DAST, dependency and container scanning, policy‑as‑code) into delivery pipelines.
• Implement secrets management, identity & access controls and zero‑trust patterns.
• Set up monitoring, logging and alerting; participate in incident response and root‑cause analysis.
• Provide day‑to‑day technical support for development teams and create self‑service documentation.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on experience in platform engineering with a focus on cloud and security.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with senior engineers, security specialists and development teams.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
