Spa Manager

About the role

The Spa Manager will lead the day‑to‑day operations of Kuredhivaru Resort’s luxury spa, ensuring every guest receives an exceptional wellness experience. Reporting to senior resort management, you will be responsible for operational excellence, financial performance, and team development while upholding the resort’s eco‑friendly and high‑service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily spa operations, ensuring compliance with policies, SOPs, and brand standards.
• Manage therapist schedules, treatment room utilization, inventory control, and facility maintenance.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to meet revenue and profitability targets.
• Monitor departmental expenses, payroll, purchasing, and inventory costs.
• Prepare and submit accurate financial and operational reports on schedule.
• Develop and execute marketing initiatives, promotions, and pricing strategies.
• Address guest feedback, conduct quality audits, and implement service improvements.
• Lead, coach, and develop the spa team, conducting briefings, performance reviews, and training.
• Ensure health, safety, hygiene, and emergency procedures are followed.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Spa Management, Hospitality Management or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in spa or wellness operations, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of spa operations, wellness programs, treatment protocols and guest service standards.
• Proven leadership abilities and experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
