S&OP Manager (Consultant)

About the role

MEOGROUP Belgium is seeking an experienced S&OP Manager to join as a consultant supporting the supply chain planning of a client operating in a technical environment. The role can be hired on a permanent basis or as a freelance assignment, based in Limburg, Belgium.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end S&OP process, aligning demand, supply, production and inventory plans.
• Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts and supply plans using MRP and ERP tools.
• Monitor stock levels, optimise inventory, and ensure service‑level targets are met.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning accuracy and efficiency.
• Manage and mentor a small planning team, fostering an agile and autonomous working culture.

Required profile

• 5–10 years of experience in production and S&OP within a manufacturing or technical setting.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Business Engineering or a related field.
• Fluent English; Dutch is a strong plus.
• Strong communication skills and a solutions‑oriented mindset.
