About the role

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high‑quality open‑source applications.
• Coach small, distributed development teams and ensure code ownership.
• Produce clean, well‑documented code and participate in code reviews.
• Collaborate on performance optimisations and security enhancements.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of multiple programming languages and object‑oriented concepts.
• Passion for software development and continuous learning.
• Quick, autonomous learner with excellent written and spoken English.
