Social Media Manager

About the role

The Social Media Manager will own and drive Enhesa’s social‑media presence, shaping how the brand engages B2B audiences, amplifies thought leadership and builds employee advocacy. Working closely with marketing, editorial and subject‑matter experts, you will ensure our content reaches the professionals who need it most.

Key responsibilities

• Own and drive day‑to‑day social‑media activities across Enhesa’s channels, primarily LinkedIn and X, and support Chemical Watch editorial presence.
• Develop and execute a social‑media strategy aligned with broader marketing and content objectives for both brands.
• Plan, schedule, publish, monitor and optimise content, grow audience and engagement through proactive community management.
• Track industry trends, audience behaviour and competitor activity to inform strategy.
• Build and scale an employee‑advocacy programme, curate shareable content and encourage internal experts to act as brand ambassadors.
• Measure programme performance, surface insights and continuously refine approach.

Required profile

• Demonstrated B2B social‑media experience, preferably in regulatory, sustainability or related sectors.
• Creative mindset with a data‑driven approach to content performance.
• Strong curiosity about environmental, health and safety (EHS) topics.
• Ability to collaborate with marketing, editorial and subject‑matter experts.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LinkedIn and X (Twitter) platforms.
• Experience using social‑media management and analytics tools.
