About the role
The Social Media Manager will lead the planning, creation and publishing of content across our key social platforms from our Antwerp office. Working in a hybrid model, you will combine on‑site collaboration with flexible home‑office days to ensure brand consistency and audience engagement.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, schedule and publish content on major social channels, maintaining brand voice.
- Monitor performance metrics, analyse data and optimise campaigns to boost reach, engagement and conversions.
- Collaborate with marketing, design and product teams to align social content with broader campaigns.
- Manage community interactions, respond to comments and messages, and conduct social listening.
- Stay up‑to‑date with platform trends, tools and best practices.
Required profile
- Proven experience in social media marketing or community management.
- Strong background in content strategy and writing.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt messaging for different audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Fluency in English; additional languages for the Antwerp market are a plus.
