SME Advisory Senior Associate – Finance & Tax

About the role

PwC is looking for an SME Advisory Senior Associate to join its Antwerp office. You will work with a multidisciplinary tax team, helping clients improve finance processes, analyse data and support growth initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Enhance and update clients' finance processes and reporting systems, turning data into strategic insights.
• Support clients during investment rounds, M&A activities and periods of rapid growth with financial analysis and ad‑hoc projects.
• Utilise a data‑driven approach to analyse large datasets and ensure high‑quality delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Tax or Finance.
• 3‑5 years of experience in Accounting, Tax or Finance, with a strong sense of responsibility and independence.
• Native Dutch speaker with fluent English communication skills.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience with PowerBI; familiarity with Brightanalytics and Emasphere is a plus.
• Knowledge of SME ERP systems such as Dynamics, ODOO or Exact Online.
