Site Project Manager – Data Centre (Mons, Belgium)

About the role

We are seeking a Site Project Manager to lead one of the largest data centre developments in Europe, located in Mons, Belgium. This permanent position will involve coordinating a wide range of stakeholders and professionals from across Europe to deliver the project on time and to the highest standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day construction activities on the data centre site.
• Manage project schedules, budgets and resources, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
• Coordinate with the main contractor, subcontractors, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations.
• Report progress to senior management and address any issues promptly.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing large‑scale construction projects, preferably data centre or similar high‑tech facilities.
• Ability to work effectively with multinational teams and diverse stakeholders.
• Strong leadership and decision‑making capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
