Site Manager – Synchronous Condenser Projects

About the role

As a Site Manager dedicated to synchronous condenser projects, you will lead construction and commissioning activities on Belgian sites, ensuring the delivery of strategic infrastructure that supports the stability of European power grids.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all on‑site construction activities for large‑scale synchronous condenser projects.
• Plan and manage site resources, including personnel, equipment and subcontractors.
• Act as the primary on‑site point of contact, ensuring effective communication with engineering teams and stakeholders.
• Ensure rigorous compliance with HSE standards, quality requirements and technical specifications.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Construction Management or a related technical field.
• Significant experience in construction management or site engineering on complex industrial or energy projects.
• Strong understanding of high‑voltage equipment and critical electrical environments.
• Fluent English and ability to work independently in an international, multicultural environment.
