Site Foreman – Facade Renovation

About the role

ANIRED Group is seeking an experienced Site Foreman to lead façade renovation projects across the Benelux region. You will supervise on‑site activities, coordinate installation teams and subcontractors, and ensure that work is carried out safely, on time, and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily façade renovation tasks, including cladding, insulation, windows, coatings and repairs.
• Organise site logistics, material deliveries and daily work planning.
• Monitor and direct installation crews and subcontractors to meet project schedules.
• Enforce safety regulations, conduct quality checks and verify compliance with project specifications.
• Report progress to project managers and engineering teams and act as the main liaison between site operatives, engineers and clients.

Required profile

• Proven experience in façade renovation or construction site supervision.
• Strong leadership, organisational and planning abilities.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and detail layouts.
• Valid VCA certificate and a driving licence (category B).
• Fluency in Dutch or French; English is a plus.
• Willingness to travel or temporarily relocate within the Benelux.

Required skills

• Technical knowledge of façade systems such as aluminium, PVC, wood (Schüco, Reynaers), glazing and curtain‑walling, composite/GFRC cladding, insulation and waterproofing.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel.
• Additional certificates (preferred): forklift, telehandler, rigging/slinging, working at height, MEWP.
