Site Director – Logistics Operations

About the role

The Site Director will lead a major logistics hub in Belgium for a European temperature‑controlled transport and supply‑chain provider. Reporting to senior corporate leadership, you will be accountable for the site’s strategic direction, commercial performance and financial results.

Key responsibilities

• Own full P&L responsibility, budgeting and profitability targets.
• Drive operational excellence, continuous‑improvement programmes and transformation projects.
• Lead the local management team and broader workforce, fostering high performance.
• Maintain and develop key customer relationships and stakeholder engagement.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory and employee‑engagement standards.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in logistics, supply‑chain, transportation or comparable complex operations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multi‑functional teams with full P&L accountability.
• Track record of delivering operational excellence and leading change initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder‑management and communication capabilities.
• Fluent in Dutch with a good command of French.
