SHE Manager

About the role

Molenbergnatie NV, a global partner in soft‑commodity supply chain management, is looking for an experienced SHE (Safety, Health & Environment) Manager to lead its health, safety and environmental programmes at the Antwerp site.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain the company’s health & safety management system and environmental policies.
• Conduct risk assessments, accident investigations and root‑cause analyses.
• Provide training and awareness programmes for all staff on safety and environmental matters.
• Coordinate ISO certifications and ensure compliance with Belgian legislation.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external authorities to drive continuous improvement in SHE performance.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of Belgian health and safety legislation and HSE management systems.
• Excellent analytical, organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proactive attitude with a focus on fostering a safety culture.
• Effective communication skills in English; Dutch or French is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with ISO 45001, ISO 14001 or similar certification processes.
• Ability to conduct risk assessments and incident investigations.
• Competence in delivering safety training and workshops.
