Services Project Manager III

About the role

TDW is seeking a Services Project Manager III to lead pipeline projects from concept to completion, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to contractual and budgetary requirements. The role combines technical expertise with strong project coordination to support sales initiatives and deliver high‑quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support to internal and external sales teams, integrating TDW services, products, subcontractors and vendors into bid packages.
• Visit project sites and customers regularly to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure field work aligns with plans.
• Validate customer invoices against contracts and ensure timely submission.
• Develop preliminary project scopes, execution plans, and manage resources including vendors, subcontractors, and field personnel.
• Communicate project risk levels to customers and internal teams.
• Collaborate on best practices in operational excellence, project management, safety, and customer commitment.
• Act as technical mentor and assist with training initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of project management experience in pipeline or related industries.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.

Required skills

• Knowledge of ASME and CSA standards.
• Understanding of pipeline operations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience using project management software.
