Service Technician (Automonteur) – Brugge

About the role

As a Service Technician at Tesla in Brugge, you will work with cutting‑edge electric vehicles, using Tesla‑specific software and advanced tools to deliver high‑quality repairs and maintenance. You will be part of a fast‑paced, inclusive team that values learning and collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Perform repairs, maintenance and upgrades on all Tesla models, both independently and under supervision as required.
• Inspect vehicles thoroughly to ensure they meet Tesla’s top‑quality standards before return or delivery.
• Collaborate with local and regional teams to share best practices and improve the service experience.
• Participate in in‑house training on Tesla technology and electric‑vehicle repair techniques.

Required profile

• Professional experience in vehicle service and repairs (automotive, aviation, marine or similar).
• Relevant certification to perform vehicle repairs in Belgium (preferred).
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Valid full European driver’s licence (Class B) and willingness to travel for mobile repairs.
• Eligibility to work in Belgium.
