Senior Trainer – Continuous Education

About the role

Labcorp is seeking a remote Senior Trainer – Continuous Education to support its global laboratory services business. The role focuses on designing, delivering, and continuously improving learning programs that enhance employee capability and drive operational excellence across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze training effectiveness data and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop and maintain learning dashboards, KPIs, and success measures aligned with organizational goals.
• Evaluate business processes, capability gaps, and operational trends to recommend learning interventions.
• Apply continuous improvement methodologies to optimize training programs, workflows, and knowledge management practices.
• Lead corrective and preventive actions related to training effectiveness and competency development.
• Drive standardization and best practices across Global Project Management training initiatives.
• Measure and report learning program effectiveness through feedback, assessments, behavioral adoption, and stakeholder satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of Labcorp CLS functional team experience.
• 3+ years supporting business process improvement, change management, or organizational development initiatives.
• 4+ years of experience in training, facilitation, instructional design, or learning development.
• Fluency in English.

Required skills

• Lean, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement certification.
• Project management certifications such as PMP or CAPM.
• Change Management certification.
• Experience managing Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Knowledge of remote and adult learning methodologies.
