About the role

The Senior Tax Manager at Soren McAdam LLP acts as the primary liaison between partners, clients, and internal staff. You will lead multiple tax engagements, coordinate schedules, and ensure smooth workflow across the team while delivering high‑quality client service.

Key responsibilities

• Manage several tax projects and client engagements simultaneously.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and workflow coordination for each engagement.
• Develop, train, and mentor tax staff to enhance technical expertise.
• Participate in business development activities and client relationship building.
• Ensure compliance with professional standards and firm policies.

Required profile

• Minimum of 7 years of tax experience in public accounting.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience directing tax staff.
• Strong organizational and project‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication skills for client and internal interactions.
