Senior Supply Chain Manager

About the role

As a Senior Supply Chain Manager you will join a team of experienced consultants to help clients transform their end‑to‑end supply‑chain operations. You will work on technology‑enabled projects that span planning, sourcing, manufacturing and delivery, turning complex challenges into competitive advantages.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and deliver supply‑chain transformation projects, from visioning to implementation.
• Conduct strategic diagnostics, develop business cases and road‑maps for 0.5‑5‑year horizons.
• Perform network‑planning studies to optimise distribution, working capital and service levels.
• Support sales and operations planning (S&OP) assessments and implementations.
• Drive demand‑planning, forecasting and multi‑echelon inventory optimisation initiatives.
• Define warehousing, logistics and smart‑manufacturing strategies, including OEE improvements.
• Identify and implement process improvements across order‑to‑cash and procure‑to‑pay cycles.
• Participate in business development activities and co‑create value propositions for the Walloon region.

Required profile

• Proven experience advising mid‑market or global clients on supply‑chain transformation.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage senior client stakeholders.
• Passion for coaching junior colleagues and sharing expertise.
• Excellent communication and analytical abilities.
