About the role

Locala, the world’s leading commerce media platform, is looking for a Senior Sales Manager to drive its digital media business in Belgium. Reporting to the VP of Sales, you will be responsible for expanding the client portfolio, building strong relationships with agencies and brands, and delivering measurable sales results.

Key responsibilities

Develop new business opportunities and grow a portfolio of digital media clients.
Schedule and conduct meetings with key agency and brand decision‑makers.
Achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets.
Ensure 100 % customer satisfaction and client retention.
Act as a client advocate and collaborate closely with internal teams.
Demonstrate the value of Locala’s technology to prospects and existing customers.

Required profile

Proven experience in senior sales or business development roles, preferably within digital media or advertising.
Strong track record of meeting or surpassing sales quotas.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Team‑player attitude with a client‑focused mindset.
