Senior Sales Engineer – Industrial Adhesives & Tapes

About the role

As a Senior Sales Engineer for the Industrial Adhesives and Tapes Division, you will own a sales region in Belgium, develop new business, and deepen relationships with key end‑user accounts. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver profitable projects and meet sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a defined sales territory, prospecting new customers and nurturing existing accounts.
• Handle daily inbound inquiries and leads, converting them into qualified opportunities.
• Expand focus on large end‑user accounts and grow the opportunity pipeline.
• Achieve sales targets for the Industrial Adhesives and Tapes business.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Application Engineering, and Channel Management to improve win rates and optimize customer solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution.
• Proven experience in a sales role within relevant markets.
• Strong account and project planning abilities.
• Fluency in Dutch, English and French.
• Technical background or strong interest in product/process engineering.

Required skills

• Office 365 proficiency.
• Salesforce and CRM expertise.
• Excellent PC skills.
