Senior Recruiter

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to lead talent acquisition initiatives, focusing on the body‑shopping sourcing market and supporting internal client needs. The role combines strategic sourcing, client relationship management, and screening of candidates, especially within the IT sector.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for a variety of positions, with a strong emphasis on the body‑shopping market.
• Act as a commercial partner for internal clients and external suppliers, understanding and challenging their hiring needs.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from candidate screening (including AI‑assisted tools) to offer negotiation.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of the IT market and emerging talent trends.
• Collaborate with multicultural teams and ensure a high level of service quality.

Required profile

• Master’s degree or equivalent experience as a Buyer/Recruiter.
• Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, ideally 5 years.
• Fluent in Dutch and French.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to work independently.
• Proactive, diplomatic communicator with a customer‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
• In‑depth knowledge of the body‑shopping sourcing market.
• Familiarity with the IT recruitment landscape.
• Experience with AI‑based screening tools (a plus).
