Senior Quality Manager – EPCM Industry, Semiconductor Fabrication Plant

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Quality Manager to lead the quality organisation on a large‑scale semiconductor fabrication plant project. You will work on‑site in an EU country west of Germany, ensuring that construction meets the highest standards of safety, compliance and technical excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and lead the site quality organisation and maintain the Construction Quality Management Plan.
• Prepare, review and manage inspection and test plans in line with contractual, statutory and normative requirements.
• Implement Quality Management plans, including Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT), and supervise contractors.
• Oversee construction‑related quality documentation across all trades, conduct inspections and coordinate expert input.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, EU standards and occupational health & safety legislation.
• Continuously improve site quality processes and procedures.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Process or Chemical Engineering or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of experience in quality management for large‑scale, high‑tech or industrial construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of inspection methods for civil works, steel structures, piping and mechanical equipment.
• Proficiency in handling drawings, isometrics, P&IDs and technical documentation.
• Fluent in spoken and written English; German, Dutch or French is a strong advantage.
• Willingness to travel throughout Germany and Europe for project work.
