Senior Project Manager – Industrial Projects (EMENA)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead multidisciplinary industrial projects across Europe, the Middle East and North Africa. You will own the full project lifecycle, from concept and engineering through manufacturing, installation, commissioning and client hand‑over.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage industrial projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets and scope.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams including engineering, manufacturing and quality.
• Manage suppliers, contractors and installation partners.
• Ensure compliance with technical specifications, quality and safety standards.
• Organise and oversee factory acceptance testing (FAT) and witness testing activities.
• Coordinate installation, commissioning and start‑up activities on customer sites.
• Maintain regular client communication and provide progress updates.
• Support customer training and final project hand‑over processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electromechanical, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience in a technical or industrial environment.
• Experience in HVAC, industrial installations, manufacturing or process engineering.
• Strong organisational, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Fluency in English; Dutch preferred; additional languages (French, Spanish, Italian) advantageous.
• Hands‑on, results‑oriented, proactive and customer‑focused attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Project or an equivalent project planning tool.
