Senior Program Manager – Business Development & Energy Data

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead a multifunctional business development team focused on innovative products and energy data solutions. You will define and execute strategic roadmaps, coordinate stakeholders, and drive delivery of business and IT initiatives that support digital transformation and sustainability objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a multidisciplinary business development team.
• Develop and manage product and IT/data roadmaps, including priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
• Define and implement new services and optimise existing offerings based on energy data insights.
• Manage stakeholders across business, finance, marketing, and technical teams.
• Drive program execution, monitor risks, issues, and dependencies, and ensure successful delivery.
• Apply change and interim management practices to support organisational transformation.
• Ensure effective collaboration while maintaining a strong focus on customer value and business outcomes.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in program management, product development, or infrastructure/development projects.
• At least 5 years of experience leading complex programs.
• Proven experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong stakeholder management, strategic planning, and roadmap development skills.
• Fluent Dutch (CEFR C2).
