Senior Product Manager – MedTech Software & AI

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution of a cutting‑edge software platform and AI‑enabled product portfolio for a fast‑growing MedTech company. You will work within an international, collaborative team that develops software solutions directly impacting patient care during surgery and tissue assessment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute product vision, roadmap and release strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Gather customer insights through Voice of Customer activities, market research and workflow analysis.
• Translate user needs into product requirements, prioritized backlogs and feature roadmaps.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with engineering, AI, UX, clinical, regulatory, quality and commercial teams to deliver successful releases.
• Support product launches, customer enablement, training and go‑to‑market activities.
• Monitor product performance, customer feedback and market trends to drive continuous improvements.

Required profile

• 8‑10+ years of product management experience in medical devices, digital health, healthcare software or regulated technology.
• Proven track record managing products from concept through commercialisation.
• Strong experience in Agile development environments.
• Knowledge of SaMD, AI‑enabled medical devices, digital pathology or medical imaging is highly desirable.
• Understanding of regulated development frameworks (FDA, MDR, ISO 13485) is advantageous.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences or related discipline.
• Based in Belgium, Switzerland or neighbouring countries, with occasional travel to Western Europe.
