Senior Product Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Product Engineer to own the full product lifecycle, from understanding customer problems to delivering polished, AI‑enhanced features. You will work closely with the CTO and the engineering lead in a fast‑growing YC‑backed startup.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end stack, designing and implementing both the React/TypeScript frontend and the Node.js/TypeScript backend, including API design and cloud infrastructure on AWS.
• Participate in customer calls, translate feedback into product decisions, and drive feature development that directly solves user needs.
• Leverage large‑language‑model APIs, prompt engineering, and async pipelines to build AI‑driven capabilities throughout the product.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience building full‑stack applications with TypeScript and Node.js.
• Strong backend expertise in API design, PostgreSQL, and managing asynchronous workflows.
• Solid frontend experience with React, including component architecture and performance optimization.
• Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms (AWS or GCP) and services such as S3 and media pipelines.
• Proven ability to lead projects from concept to production and communicate effectively in English.
