Senior Operations Manager

About the role

Randstad Sourceright is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to join its Client Account Management team in Belgium. You will be responsible for delivering premium MSP services and contractor sourcing for a large digital and IT client, driving both client satisfaction and business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage a Delivery Team across Belgium and Hyderabad, ensuring adequate resources and support.
• Oversee sourcing, contractor management, and supplier management of the contingent workforce.
• Liaise with hiring managers and stakeholders to continuously improve recruitment processes.
• Monitor P&L, manage budgets, forecast expenses and identify cost‑saving opportunities.
• Maintain client relationships, conduct quarterly business reviews, and handle escalations promptly.
• Drive continuous process‑improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
• Ensure account performance exceeds KPIs and SLAs with accurate reporting and analysis.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Managed Service Provider (MSP) environments (must).
• Preferred experience in contingent workforce management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams in fast‑paced settings.
• Strong client relationship management and commercial acumen.
• Experience with vendor management systems; applicant tracking system experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to engage at all organisational levels.
• Fluency in Dutch and English is essential.
