Senior .NET for Android Developer (Xamarin)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior .NET for Android Developer to join a client’s team in Brussels. You will own the full development lifecycle of native Android applications built with .NET and Xamarin, delivering high‑quality, business‑critical mobile solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain native Android apps using .NET for Android and Xamarin.Android.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, reliable technical solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable code following Clean Code, Clean Architecture and SOLID principles.
• Create automated unit tests to ensure long‑term software quality.
• Integrate mobile apps with backend services, handling offline functionality, data sync and connectivity recovery.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps.
• Collaborate closely with solution architects, business stakeholders and the development team.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional .NET development experience.
• At least 3 years of hands‑on experience with .NET for Android/Xamarin.Android.
• Strong knowledge of Android UI components, activity/fragment lifecycles, services, WorkManager and push notifications.
• Proven experience with MvvmCross (navigation, DI, bindings, view‑model lifecycle).
• Professional proficiency in English (minimum C‑level).
