Senior Manager Strategy & Operations Procurement

About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior Manager to lead its Strategy & Operations Procurement practice in Brussels. You will work with a diverse set of clients, helping them transform procurement functions, drive cost efficiencies and build sustainable sourcing capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and nurture relationships with procurement leaders to grow the practice.
• Define and execute the practice’s strategic roadmap in alignment with PwC Advisory goals.
• Lead client engagements, delivering tailored consulting solutions that address market trends and regulatory changes.
• Mentor and manage a high‑performing team of procurement consultants, overseeing resource allocation and project delivery.
• Promote innovation and continuous improvement in service delivery and methodology.

Required profile

• Proven experience in procurement consulting or strategic sourcing, preferably at a senior managerial level.
• Strong network within the procurement community and a track record of winning new business.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and drive results in a fast‑moving environment.
