Senior Manager People Services

About the role

Bandwidth is seeking a Senior Manager People Services to act as a strategic HR Business Partner for its international operations. In this role you will partner with leadership to align people strategy with business priorities, ensuring teams have the talent, processes, and support they need to excel.

Key responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with leaders across Bandwidth’s global locations and serve as a strategic advisor.
• Drive workforce planning, talent management, performance management, and organizational design initiatives.
• Coach and influence managers to strengthen leadership capability and support employee development.
• Partner with People Services to design and deliver engagement programs and people initiatives.
• Oversee compensation, career development frameworks, and salary administration to maintain competitive practices.
• Support global employment programs, ensuring compliance with regional legislation, health & safety, and payroll alignment.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or People Services leader in an international environment.
• Strong understanding of compensation structures, career development frameworks, and salary administration.
• High‑energy, hands‑on approach with creativity, sound judgment, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent coaching and advisory skills to develop high‑performing teams.
