(Senior) Manager, Organization Transformation

About the role

Deloitte Human Capital is seeking a (Senior) Manager to lead organization transformation initiatives for leading companies and public institutions. You will partner with executives to design and execute human‑centered, digital and AI‑powered change programs that deliver measurable business value.

Key responsibilities

• Shape people strategies that align with business transformation goals and ensure they deliver results.
• Align leadership around a common vision, coaching executives on modeling change and driving cultural shifts.
• Design and deliver innovative change experiences, including communications, immersive workshops, learning paths and AI adoption initiatives.
• Lead AI activation projects, building AI fluency, trust and sustainable skill adoption across the workforce.
• Use behavioural and system insights to measure adoption, track impact and continuously optimise change architecture.
• Develop deep client relationships, provide trusted advice on emerging trends, and identify new business opportunities.
• Lead strategic bids, contribute thought leadership and support team growth.

Required profile

• 6–10 years of experience in organizational and digital transformation within large enterprises.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive cultural change.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience measuring change outcomes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
